Digital Goods

Moni Star coins are digital goods delivered to your in-game account shortly after payment is confirmed. As such, all sales are final once coins are credited.

Eligible Refunds (case-by-case)

  • Duplicate purchase (accidental repeat order).
  • Unauthorized transaction (subject to investigation and proof).
  • Technical failure where coins were not delivered within a reasonable time and we are unable to complete delivery.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@moni-star.com within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Include: order ID, email used at checkout, amount, date/time, and a brief description.
  3. We’ll review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks may result in removal of previously credited coins and may lead to temporary or permanent account restrictions to prevent abuse.

Payment Providers

Refund timing may depend on your payment provider. Where required, applicable taxes/fees will be handled according to the provider’s policies.
