1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between Ali Morad (trading as “Moni Star”) (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, governing your access to and use of the Moni Star web checkout and the purchase of digital coins (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the applicable age, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s consent.

3. Digital Coins

• Coins are a digital good used solely within the Moni Star game; they have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable.
• After successful payment, coins are credited to your in-game account (usually within seconds) via our secure backend integration.
• We may change coin packs, pricing, or availability at any time.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., card networks, PayPal, Paddle, or regional gateways). You may be subject to their terms and policies.
• Prices may exclude taxes, duties, or fees applicable in your region. Where required, taxes will be calculated and charged by the provider.
• Chargebacks or disputes may result in removal of previously credited coins and/or account restrictions.

5. Refunds

Because coins are delivered digitally and typically instantly, all sales are final once coins are credited, except where a refund is required by law or we decide otherwise at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to circumvent payment flows, engage in fraud, interfere with security, reverse engineer, or violate applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, website, visuals, and content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Third-Party Links

Links to external sites (including payment pages) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any violation of these Terms or for suspected fraud or abuse.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait City, Kuwait, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
